The Inventory Report

Is the incapacitated person deceased?

If the Answer is No...

  • Proceed to Part II and complete the form as directed.

If the Answer is Yes...

  • It typically means that the incapacitated person died within 90 days of the adjudication of incapacity. The fields on the form cannot be edited, signifying that Inventory report should not be completed in this instance. Notify the court office immediately, using the phone number displayed on the form, and provide the date of death. Click the CANCEL button at the bottom of the form to return to your Dashboard.
